Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism is sponsoring a trip to the theme park. The $90 cost per person includes admission, parking, staff and transportation (fee is $55 for those with tickets). Barn Dinner Theatre, Greensboro, N.C.

Botetourt County Parks and Recreation and Franklin County Parks and Recreation are sponsoring a bus trip to the matinee of “Motown Love Machine.” The group will enjoy an all-inclusive buffet meal before the show. Autumn Leaf Rambler

Botetourt County and Franklin County Parks and Recreation are sponsoring a bus trip to Dillwyn to ride the Autumn Leaf Rambler train on a 3.5 hour round trip to New Canton. The train crosses the James River where it stops for a photo opportunity. The price of $99 per person includes roundtrip bus transportation, train ticket, boxed lunch and a tour host. Fishing on the Rappahannock

Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism is sponsoring a trip aboard the Rob-N-Jay to catch spot, croaker and maybe even trout. Booker T. Washington National Monument Legacy Tour

Friends of Booker T. Washington National Monument is sponsoring a bus trip tracing the life of Washington, the renowned educator and reformer.
