Franklin Community Hospital’s United Way Champions’ back-to-school drive resulted in the delivery of seven boxes of school supplies to the United Way office in Rocky Mount. There, they were sorted and prepared for pickup by employees of the school board office for distribution. Katina Clements served as chairperson.

This year’s United Way Campaign will kick off on Sept. 12 at the Rocky Mount Farmers Market.
