Lynne Philbin (right), immediate past president of the Moneta Lions Club, presented Bart Matthies, Del Bailey, George Just and Pat Bailey with tokens of appreciation for outstanding service to the club during her term as president. Sarah Hunt, who was not in attendance, also was honored and will receive her award at a later date.
