“People still come out when it’s raining,” said Jessica Hansen (right) adding, “We go to Roanoke to go shopping.” “People like the atmosphere. People come here to vacation and have a good time,” (left) Kaylee Henderson said. “I don’t mind the rain. My little one likes to go out and play in the rain.” “If I’m not here and it’s raining, we pretty much go to Roanoke or hang out with friends,” (center) Rachel Kessler said. Henderson, Kessler and Hansen are waitresses at Mango’s.
