To my younger self:
Hard lessons always reveal our blessings
To my younger self:
In every loss, there is a blessing; in every failure, there is growth. In every mistake, there is a lesson, though sometimes difficult to ascertain. When we consciously count our blessings, thankfulness will diminish our pain, and our sadness will be balanced by our joy we find in the "little things," such as birds singing, radiant flowers blooming, and the kind acts of friends and strangers.
Our sense of loss will be replaced by our gratitude at how greatly we are all blessed.
