Description: Vote for the grand marshall of the Franklin County Christmas Parade by making a donation in the name of your nominee to the Franklin County Retail Merchant Association. Proceeds will go toward the cost of putting on the Christmas Parade. Extra money will benefit local charities. Each dollar donated represents one vote. Must be received by Friday, Nov. 20 at 2:30 p.m. Mail votes to P.O. Box 606, Rocky Mount or drop votes off at 392 Franklin St., Rocky Mount. 483-9211.
