Butternut Squash Casserole

2 cups cooked, mashed butternut squash

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk

6 Tbsp. butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Dash of salt

3 Tbsp. Bisquick or flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine squash, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, spices, salt and Bisquick and mix well.

Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish for 30 to 40 minutes.
