Julius C is just passing through. And like the ancient deified Caesar would, this band might wind up conquering. But first, it wants to warm up for its South by Southwest Festival appearance by playing a free show Tuesday at Awful Arthur's, Towers. We talk to singer Jay Stolar and play clips of three Julius C tunes.
