Radford Highlanders Festival

A daylong celebration of Southwest Virginia's Scots-Irish heritage with heavyweight athletic games, highland dancing, herding demos, a performance by a massed pipe and drum band and a headlining concert by Gaelic Storm, the "steerage band" that appeared in "Titanic." Rhythm Road
