Make the purr-fect pie

Halloween treats such as Chocolate Black Cat Ice Cream Pie are as much fun to look at as to eat.
Crust:
Nonstick cooking spray
14 Oreo cookies
1 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
Filling:
1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
2 bars (2.6-ounces each) milk chocolate
Decorations:
13 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 ounce semisweet chocolate or 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
2 large yellow gum drops
8 candy corn
3 red licorice sticks, cut in half
3 cinnamon candies
