A panel of the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond this week reinstated a lawsuit challenging a 2004 Virginia law that required parental supervision at a juvenile nudist camp.

A lower court dismissed an earlier lawsuit by the American Association of Nude Recreation, which contends the law wrongfully infringes on members' ability to advocate the nudist philosophy, thus violating their free speech rights. Now, if nothing else, the gloves will come off.
