Editorial: Make your voice heard
Political parties and special interests are spending millions to influence tomorrow's election. Those who show up at the polls get the final say.

Don't think tomorrow's election is important enough to show up to vote? There are 12.6 million reasons to believe otherwise.
That's how many dollars were raised in campaign contributions for General Assembly races in just the first 24 days of October.
Half that money came in the form of checks written for $10,000 or more.
This will be the most expensive General Assembly election season in the commonwealth's history.
More than $55 million will be raised and spent as Republicans and Democrats battle for control of the Senate and House of Delegates.
And that doesn't even count the spending, far less substantial, on local races: county boards of supervisors, school boards, sheriffs, county clerks, etc.
The special interests and power brokers are doing their best to influence the outcome with oceans of cash.
But voters get the ultimate say -- those voters who bother to show up, anyway.
If you want your voice to speak as loudly as millions of dollars in unrestricted campaign donations, you have to vote.
