Obama promotes a culture of death

Many dirty deeds are not done in public, so with little fanfare or protest, President Obama quietly vetoed the so-called Mexico City policy. Under this policy, groups promoting or performing abortions overseas would be denied government money. As of Jan. 23, one day after the annual Right to Life March in Washington, D.C., our tax dollars now pay for international abortions, courtesy of Obama.

In a separate attack on even smaller human beings, he released federal funds to government-subsidized embryonic stem-cell research. Note the adjective "embryonic," describing a living, but tiny, human being. No one is against adult stem-cell research, which has produced real results, but bringing to life new human beings with the intent of killing them for medical research is simply Hitlerian. This doesn't bother the Christian Obama.

His next promised deed, to push the passage of Freedom of Choice Act, will force many institutions to make baby-killing available even in hospitals with religious objections. In addition, any state restrictions on this reproductive right will be deemed an impediment and will be automatically nullified; restrictions like parental notification, informed consent, partial-birth abortion, and the Obama-opposed Born Alive Act.

The late Pope John Paul II had a phrase to describe this obsession to legalize and fund the killing of innocent human beings, and the legalization of activities that spread disease and suffering: the culture of death.

The odd thing about Obama? He is a black (actually only half-black) president with a vendetta against black babies. Let me explain. Since the Roe v. Wade decision legalized abortion in 1973, about 14 million black American children have been slaughtered by abortionists.

The current rate is about 1,200 daily, or 529 aborted black babies for every 1,000 born alive. The Centers for Disease Control reports a 25 percent increase in black abortions in the last 18 years. More abortion access (and even more sex ed?) will only further increase the count in the grave.

Though black women comprise 13 percent of our population, aborted black babies account for 36 percent of all aborted babies. Racist and eugenicist Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, must be gloating in her grave at such success. And now Sanger has an ally in Obama, who, with a few strokes of a pen, will increase the destruction of blacks, not just nationally, but internationally.

If one considers how much American foreign aid goes to Africa, the impact of reversing the Mexico City policy is clear. Now the aborting of black African babies will be openly promoted as a means of reducing misery, where the greatest needs are medicine, clean water, sanitation and stability of rule.

Why will it not surprise me when our president intensifies the promotion of condoms as a means to "fight" AIDS, especially on the African continent? Condoms facilitate the very activity that spreads AIDS. You say condoms help prevent AIDS? Please find a partner with AIDS and have sex with him/her while using a condom. Feel safer than abstinence? Condoms are a death sentence on many more black Africans. Stay tuned on this one.

The major media gave Obama a major pass on his past, refusing to delve into any of his many dealings with dubious people and ideologies, but they could not hide his anti-baby stance. Obama was too open and direct about how he would commence his war on the unborn. This means that for the 97 percent of blacks who voted for their man, his guarantees of prosperity, hope and change were more important to them than the fact that Obama would be responsible for the deliberate killing of untold millions more blacks in the future.

While the overwhelming majority of our black voters did not give a damn about their unborn black brothers and sisters, I did and do. These innocents just happen to also be my unborn brothers and sisters.

I will forever fight, along with God-fearing pro-lifers of all backgrounds, to save the lives of unborn babies, irrespective of those babies' skin color, race or imperfections.

Life is an inalienable right, and gift, from God. Lawyers, laws, opinion polls, college professors and even presidents will never change this fact.
