Roanoke and its environs are an aging community, as documented in The Roanoke Times ongoing series, Age of Uncertainty. If you have an elderly person in your life, or you're one yourself, you probably already know finding appropriate senior care can be daunting. What's the right level of care? How will we pay for it? What do you get for the money? In connection with the Age of Uncertainty series, we've put together a map and database of 110 senior care resources in the region that, while it won't answer all your questions, will at least get you started.
