Statistics for seven localities
Did it rain on your birthday? What really was the coldest day in your neck of the woods in the last fifty or sixty years? Most likely, you can answers those questions here, with this searchable database of weather information for Roanoke, Blacksburg, Bedford, Lynchburg, Lexington, Wytheville and Martinsville. The dates available vary by locality, but generally run from the 1940s to 2007. Information includes high and low temperatures and rain and snow totals. There are, however, holes in the data, where the information is simply missing. In those cases, the missing data is denoted by a blank space in the table.
