A quick tour of SWoCo onlineIn the middle of the page, you'll find "The Notebook." That’s our community news blog, which we update several times each weekday with reports from Southwest Roanoke County. In it, you’ll find stories and photos which might – or might not -- appear later in print. You may also find questions on things where we ask you, the reader, for help. And, like other blogs, we invite you to post your comments and join in the conversation. Below The Notebook, under section headers such as “Neighbors” and “Friends,” you’ll find stories that have appeared in the most recent print edition of SWoCo. And on the lower left, under “More Southwest Roanoke County News,” you’ll find stories about Southwest Roanoke County that have appeared on the daily editions of The Roanoke Times. What about the print edition?Our print edition publishes weekly. Southwest Roanoke County subscribers will find it included each Friday in their regular Roanoke Times. Most non-subscribers will have it mailed to them as part of the Simply Savings advertising flier. We also have free copies available at Kroger stores in Southwest Roanoke County, plus the Mill Mountain Coffee & Tea on Starkey Road. If you'd like to guarantee delivery by becoming a subscriber, our circulation department can help you.
