High school lacrosse players from Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware participated. The combine assesses participants in events, including the 40-yard dash, standing broad jump, shuttle run, vertical jump, and medicine ball throw. Players are then evaluated in individual position skills and drills, team play, 3-on-3 with Goalie, 1-on-1 with Goalie, and Fast Break events. Results and video highlights are then sent to every collegiate lacrosse program in the U.S. The combine was part of Schuman's National Underclassmen Camps and Showcase program.

Matt Watson is a member of the North Cross varsity wrestling, lacrosse, and football teams as well as the Student Council Association. He also participates in the fall and spring theatre performances each year and is a member of the School's Interact Club. In his community, he is a member of the Raleigh Court Presbyterian Church Youth Group. Watson is the son of Charlie and Jeanne Watson.
