I think it would be nice to leave the pig one color for at least a week. Sometimes it's only left 1 day.

Thanks for covering this story. I had forgotten exactly what items we put in the capsule. I was a second grade teacher and SCA advisor and guided the children in raising $100 for improvements to the Statue Of Liberty. This was a lot of money for small children to raise and they thought it would be enough to completely restore Miss Liberty. I was pleased to see that our letter from Lee Iokoka thanking the children for their effotts survived the 25 years. He was in charge of this project and asked for pennies from schoolchildren. This was a fun event and brought back memories.
