I remember Cecil well in the growing-up years at Troutville Elementary; he was a gifted musician and well liked by all. What a great legacy he left us, we should all hope to do as well. God bless the family.

It would be simpler and less costly in the long run to use school uniforms. Even states as backwards as Louisiana do that and it works great. No more worrying about what kid has what name brand of clothing. They are all the same and equal.
