Daleville Church to host Bible marathon

A Bible Marathon will be presented at Daleville Church of the Brethren on Oct. 24 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. in the meeting room adjacent to the Fellowship Hall.

This marathon will provide a quick study of the 66 books in the Bible in an instructive, but fun day. The study will hit the high points of "people you want to know" and "things you may have to ponder" in the Bible.

At the end of the day, the study should open up the Bible for those who know little or nothing, and bring some deepening surprises to those who know more. Materials and drinks will be provided, but participants need to bring snacks/lunch food for the day. Interested persons must register by calling 992-2042.

The church is located at 1540 Valley Road, Daleville at the intersection of U.S. 220 and Valley Road
