¿Como funciona el sistema INFOPASS?
n Primeramente, no es necesario tener un software especial. Se requiere solamente de una computadora y servicio de Internet.
n Una vez que visite www.uscis.gov, la página inicial le pedirá que seleccione su idioma.
n Siguiendo las instrucciones, usted tendrá que escribir su código postal, nombre, fecha de nacimiento, número de teléfono, tipo de cita deseada con la fecha y hora que usted seleccione.
n Posteriormente, INFOPASS le generará un aviso con la fecha, la hora, la dirección de la oficina de USCIS a donde deberá acudir y las instrucciones sobre documentos adicionales que su caso requiera.
Además de hacer una cita y como mencioné anteriormente, tal vez no necesite usted visitar una oficina de USCIS para recibir la asistencia que necesita, ya que se ofrecen en este sistema ocho de los formularios más frecuentes y que representan más del 50 por ciento de las solicitudes presentadas cada año.
También puede solicitar servicios de inmigración llamando al Centro Nacional de Servicio al Cliente cuyo número es el 1-800-375-5283.
