Ruby's Pulled Pork Rub

Ingredients:
6 oz. mesquite BBQ seasoning
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cup cinnamon
1/8 cup sea salt
1/8 cup granulated garlic
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. This rub is enough for a 5-pound pork butt. Rub on raw pork butt, place in a baking pan and fill the pan with about an inch of water.
Bake for 3 1/2 hours in a 350-degree oven.
