Two bagel spread recipes

Recipes
Almond-Salmon Spread
3/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped fine
7 3/4 oz. smoked salmon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients and mix until salmon has broken apart in small flakes and all ingredients are well-melded.
Cover and chill overnight. Shape in a ball, if desired.
Spread on bagels, bagel chips or crackers.
Chocolate Cream Bagel Spread
1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
3 oz. white chocolate, melted
2 tbsp. miniature chocolate chips
Combine cream cheese and white chocolate in small bowl. Stir in chocolate chips.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
