WOMEN'S HEALTH SERIES
Carilion Health System continues its Brown Bag Lunch Series aimed at providing information about current health issues to downtown business employees. "Scratching the Itch of Childhood Allergies" with Carilion pediatrician Angela Ang-Alhadeff will be held from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Friday at the Art Museum of Western Virginia, second floor conference room, Center on Church entrance. The series continues Aug. 20 with "Wake Up about Adult and Youth Sleep Disorders." All seminars will be at the same time and place. Attendees are asked to bring their lunch. Beverages provided. "PATHWAYS: A Grief Journey," a support group to help people with the grieving process, will begin Tuesday and run through Sept. 14 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays at Carilion Hospice Service-Roanoke, 1917 Franklin Road, Roanoke. The program will run again from Oct. 5-Nov. 9, noon to 1:30 p.m. A $10 fee covers both sessions. Cost is waived for clients of Carilion Hospice Services. Call 224-4753.

YOGA CLASSES
Art Museum of Western Virginia, Center in the Square, presents Yoga in the Galleries at 6:30 a.m., 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Fridays in the Bridge Gallery. Instructor Erin Garvin leads sessions that combine the art of relaxation and the museum's collection of American paintings.
