The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5-10 years experience in distribution or manufacturing environments. Specific experience in financial reporting, inventory control, cost accounting, and budgeting is a plus. Experience implementing accounting and ERP systems is highly desirable. Candidates should expect to multi-task under tight deadlines in a dynamic and encouraging environment. Good oral and written communication skills are a must.
